Kevin Chew
General Manager
Kevin Chew is a dedicated and passionate individual who joined Avondale dealerships in 2006 as a technician at one of our previously owned Lexus dealerships.
With a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, Kevin quickly rose through the ranks.
In 2010, he was promoted to the position of technician team leader, where he showcased his leadership abilities.
Kevin was promoted to Service Manager in 2015 and then in 2018, was promoted to Service Director at the Avondale Premier Collection.
Kevin's excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills, along with his proven history of driving businesses forward with a servant-hearted / culture-first mentality contributed to him leading his team to world-class achievements.
Kevin was then promoted to Fixed Operations Director in 2022.
In July 2023, Kevin Chew's exceptional performance and leadership qualities were acknowledged once again when he was promoted to the position of General Manager.
As the general manager, Kevin now oversees the overall operations of the dealership, using his experience, knowledge, and passion to drive success and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers and members alike.
