Who is eligible for the Avondale Access Rewards program? All new and preowned clients as of Saturday, March 6, 2021
How long do I qualify for the program? You are considered an Access Rewards member upon the purchase of your vehicle from Avondale
Do I have to enroll or register for offers? No enrollment or registration is necessary.
What do I get when I purchase at an Avondale location? You will receive a gift upon vehicle delivery and a selection of curated offers from our Access Rewards partners upon the delivery of your license plates.
Program Details:
When do I receive my rewards? Upon delivery of your vehicle and when you receive your license plates.
Can Avondale Access Rewards program benefits ever change? Yes, our offers are dynamic and include the offers available at the time of your vehicle purchase/license plate delivery.
Is there an Avondale Access Rewards Program app? No, there is not an app available at this time.
Usage:
How do I redeem an offer? These are one time use offers that must be presented at time of service.
Other:
What if I am not home to accept my reward folder? The offers will be presented with your license plates.
Who do I contact when I have a rewards program issue? Please contact Liz Shafton lshafton@avondale.com
Can my rewards program be terminated? No. However, some of the offers have expiration dates.
What happens if I lose or misplace my offer? Please be sure to keep your offers in a safe place. Offers are not transferrable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
